What the site is for

ClearBaZi provides calculators and written material about BaZi (Four Pillars) and the Chinese zodiac, for insight, reflection and entertainment. BaZi is a cultural and traditional framework. Nothing on this site predicts events, and nothing is medical, psychological, financial, legal or other professional advice. Please don't make important decisions based on it.

Free calculators

You may use the calculators for personal, non-commercial purposes. We work hard to make the calculations accurate and publish our method, but we provide them "as is" and can't guarantee they are free of errors. Results depend on the information you enter.

The BaZi Chart Guide

  • The guide is a digital product generated automatically on your device from your birth details and our pre-written text. Price: US$9, plus tax where applicable (the checkout may show the price in your local currency).
  • Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the merchant of record. Link's terms apply to the payment transaction; these terms apply to the guide and the website.
  • You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to generate, download and print the guide for your own use. You may not resell or republish the guide text.
  • Access works through the link shown after payment. Keep it private; we may disable links that are shared publicly.

Acceptable use

Don't try to disrupt the site, access the guide without paying, or scrape content in bulk.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and guide content belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components and data are used under their own licences, credited in the site footer.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or the guide, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
