ClearBaZi

Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-01. ClearBaZi (clearbazi.com) is operated by FiveUpClub Inc, Wyoming, USA. Contact: support@clearbazi.com.

The short version

  • Your birth date, time and place are processed only in your browser. They are never sent to us.
  • We don't use cookies, advertising trackers or accounts.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe and Link. We receive order details from them, not your card number.

Birth details

All calculations run on your device. So that you don't have to type your details on every page, your browser saves the last details you entered in its local storage on this device. You can remove them at any time with "Forget my details" on the BaZi calculator, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. The guide PDF is also built on your device.

Purchases

When you buy the guide, you are redirected to a checkout page run by Stripe. Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment, tax, receipts and transaction support under its own terms and privacy policy. Stripe provides us with order information such as the order ID, amount, date, country and the email address you entered at checkout, which we use to deliver the guide, answer support requests and meet legal and accounting obligations. We don't send your birth details to Stripe.

After payment, your browser keeps the order ID in local storage so your guide can reload on this device. Anyone who has your guide link can open the guide text, so keep the link private.

Usage statistics

We count a small number of anonymous events, such as "a chart was calculated" or "checkout started", together with the page path and the date. These counts contain no IP address, device identifier, cookie or birth details. Our host, Cloudflare, may also provide aggregate, cookie-free visit statistics and processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site.

Service providers

  • Cloudflare: website hosting and security.
  • Stripe and Link: payments, tax and receipts.

We don't sell or share personal information for advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to its use. Email us to make a request. For payment data, you can also contact Link support, which handles deletion requests for Managed Payments transactions.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above.
