Refund policy

If you're not happy with your BaZi Chart Guide, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason, though we'd welcome one.

How to ask

• Email support@clearbazi.com from the address you used at checkout, or include your Link receipt; or
• contact Link support, which handles transactions sold through Link.

Refunds go back to your original payment method, including any tax you paid. It usually takes 5–10 business days for the money to appear, depending on your bank. After a refund, the guide link stops working.

Problems with your guide

If the guide doesn't load, the PDF won't download, or something in it looks wrong, email us first. We can usually fix it quickly, and you can still ask for a refund.
